Funny Binds and Macros

I have a MasterMind with Robotics and I like to enter this bind when I find myself standing around:

/macro ROBO "petsay_all "

Note: you will have to have bought the Cyborg Pack for this emote to work. Also, if you enter text between the > and the " your robots will all say whatever you enter, such as "woot!" or whatever it is you want them to say. That would look like this:

/macro ROBO "petsay_all WOOT!"

If you enter this macro and click it, all your pets will stop and start doing the robot. This is especailly funny when you are a robotics MM.

That makes me giggle just thinking about it.

I'm noticing a problem with this thread. Because these forum post boxes allow html, when I do binds that involve < symbol and the opposite one, the text in-between the symbols doesn't appear. This will make certain sections of the binds threads an epic fail if we can't get that straightened out, especially the pet binds.

If you look below the text box when you reply or make new threads, you'll see an options category with a little + to the right. Click that and and it will expand the options section. You can then disable the HTML for your post anytime you need to use that stuff for binds, as well as the BBCode, or smilies. <gg>

I was right. if you look at my last pot I edited it to show stuff between the < and the > symbols. Just to test the theory further /macro ROBO "petsay_all <Johhny 5!>" What you have to do is just disable the html when you post.

Ok, then the funny one I do for my pet robots is:

/macro ROBO "petsay_all <em robotdance>"

And if you want then to say something at the same time, it's

/macro ROBO "petsay_all <em robotdance> WOOT!"

And you can replace "WOOT!" with whatever you want them to say when they start the emote.

The other good one I know is:

/macro PRAY "petsay_all <em praise> ALL HAIL THE GLORIOUS MIGHTY!"

When you do that, all your pets will worship you and say whatever you wanted them to say.

Note: be sure to include the "Pets" chat channel in whatever tab you want to be able to see them talking. I seem to remember a time in which the pets would get their own word balloons and could even talk in channels, but I can't remember how to get them to do it right now.
