need to make a Rad / Rad with vengence if possible by lvl 25

support toon for awesome debuff and buffing where possible.

I will work on that. Will make the toon a pure debuffer for a while if you want veng by 25. Oh, and is this a corr, or a def?

I used reg IO's. the sloting should still be the same with SO's as well. Youur main issue before 30 is your lack of dam output, so your a team debuffer til you start taking some attacks around 30. I left out my favorite /rad power choking cloud. Also, in order to get veng by 25, I had to push Acrobatics and hasten til way late in the build. You might be able to take SS instead of SJ, and put a few slots in for KB IO's.

That build above has what i require up to lvl 25 however the one you show has vengence at lvl 26 which is one level shy of being ok for the intended SF this toon is geared to...Silver Mantis.Would you mind seeing how you would improve it from lvl28

I see you took out Hasten and left it for later and still had SuperJump in there. I figured since this toon is close to 50 already this would be a build for low level debuffing/buffing missions....NO travel powers until after lvl 25! I know I am going against Stryke Force wisdom but this is Villains and Anarchy.

Hasten would help with AM and other powers/ mutation/ lingering Rad so that is why I have it as well as Recall friend

Here u go. Veng at 22, hasten at 24. You may want to mess with the slotting lvls. I was just trying to everything in there for enh. But this should be an awesome defuffer for that SF. I am gonna redo my rad/rad and see what I can do with it.
