I am at school atm, so I can't look at it on mids, but you may want to add the +End proc to stamina. I was cruising through the boards and found someone that proved you get just as much, if not more end, by slotting stamina with 2 end mods and the proc ass with 3 endmods and the proc. Haven't teted his theory, but may have to. Other than that, looks good. I have very little experience with anything other than fir, ice and mind control powers, but I think the build is pretty solid.

I dunno about that theory, Kharner, but I was looking at these numbers and your recovery is just barely less than 4 per second, which is very, very good, so I wouldn't worry about the + End proc to be honest.
It looks to me like a perfectly good build. You've got enough recharge for the perma dom, good defense and resistance, your end usage is under control and your recovery is good. Between the Domination power and the power sink, you will also never have an endurance issue.

Like the Power sink for her. That will help while domination wheres off to hit that so that by the time Dom is available you wont drop out of any toggles. (Tough,Charged armor, Super Speed)
By the way you may have a hard time with Endurance useage before you get those toggles IO'd out.
