Mighty's Fire/Rad

Ok, I've heard some people asking, so here is my take on the Fire/Rad troller. I made the build assuming the player does NOT have Ninja Run as a power. If you do have Ninja Run, though, I would leave out Super Jump, take Recall Friend instead, and slot a Karma in Combat Jumping to makeup for the lack of KB protection.
